Anyone is welcome to participate in our WOD (Workout of the Day) classes. If you are new to CrossFit, you will be required to participate in a baseline workout. This is a short assessment that covers basic CrossFit movements and serves as a baseline for your improvements.
This process allows our members to learn all the necessary movements and basic techniques to safely perform the WODs. Even if you are new to the CrossFit, you will receive plenty of attention from our coaches and feel right at home.
